Cupping or Gua Sha
Both techniques come from traditional Chinese medicine and provide treatment by stimulating blood circulation through cupping or scraping
Moxibustion
By heating mugwort fibers in the area of targeted therapy points, the flow of 'Qi in the underlying channels (also called meridians) is promoted.
